Q3 sales rise 10.1% at composites maker Gurit
Gurit posted a 10.17% sales increase to CHF 83.73 million for the third quarter of 2014 compared with CHF 76.09 million, it reported for the same period of last year.
Division wise, Gurit Composite Materials reported a sales hike of 8.3% from the prior year quarter to CHF 64.8 million for the third quarter of 2014.
Compared with preceding second quarter, third quarter 2014 sales were, however 4.2% lower from the weakening demand.
The other division - Gurit Composite Systems and Engineering sales posted a surge of 16.4% year-on-year to CHF 19.0 million for the third quarter of 2014.
