电话营销找不到关键人物怎么办?
一直都有一个想法就是想把陌拜的这种模式搬到国外去,在某个国家租上一个月的房子,然后一群人天天上门,进行地推的模式开发客户。不用想,效果肯定很好,但是这种模式具体实施起来的难度还是很大的。那也就是为什么最后我选择了电销这一条路:简单粗暴有效。
结合这两日很多人提出的一些问题,我来描述一个案例。很多优质的客户网站也很好,产品品种也比较多。就是找不到关键人物,怎么去打这通电话?很多人也蛮困惑的。我们在进行电销的过程中,也摸索了一些比较有效的途径,在这里简单的分享一下。
策略:虚拟人物
虚拟一个不存在的人物,跟客户搭上话,然后再次转变话题。
下面三个对话给大家参考。
R=receptionist
M=MARK
K=Key person
Dialogue (1)
R:Good morning,xxx, how can I help you?
M: Good morning, this is Mark speaking, may I speak to Jamie(虚拟人物)?
R:I m sorry there is no Jamie in our company, you might get the wrong person.
M: Oh, sorry, maybe I got a wrong name. May I talk to you directly?
R: Yes?
M: Actually I am xxx supplier from Shanghai China. I would like to ask if you are interested in getting some cost effective xxx directly from China?
R: Wow, you are from China. I am the manager/director. How are you doing?
M: I am great, how are you?
R: Perfect. That’s cool actually we are planning to find some good suppliers from China since all these third parties in xxx charge us too much. Could you please send me an email of your company details with some pricing list?
M: That’s no problem. Will do. Btw, excuse me, sir/madam, may I have your name please?
R: I am xxx.
M: Great, I will send over an email as soonas possible.
R: Cool, thanks. I will keep an eye for it.Mark, thanks for your call. I really appreciate it.
M: All right. Cheers Speak soon. Bye.
R: Cheers. Bye

R: Aha, I could help you transfer line to Ray, he is responsible for purchasing.

K: I am great. How are you?
M: Great. Ray. Actually I am xxx supplier from Shanghai China. I would like to ask if you are interested in getting some cost effective xxx directly from China?
K: Thanks Mark, we are always interested infinding new suppliers, if you could send over an email with your company introduction that would be perfect.
M: That’s amazing Ray. Could you please leave me an email?

M: I will shoot you an email shortly.Please get back to me if you have any further questions.
